This policy applies to Fairlight Digital, Sydney NSW 2000, Australia, and to visitors using https://fairlightdigital.com.au. It also applies when you call us or submit an enquiry through this website.
What we collect
We may collect your name, email address, phone number, business name, the workflow you ask about, and any details you choose to include in an enquiry. If analytics or tag-management tools are enabled, we may also collect standard website usage data such as page views, traffic source, device type, and CTA clicks.
Why we collect it
We use this information to respond to enquiries, prepare for conversations, assess whether and how we can help, improve the website, and measure which pages lead to enquiries.
How the contact form works
Contact-form submissions are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, then processed by a Cloudflare Worker and stored in a private Cloudflare D1 database. Fairlight Digital receives an operational notification through Resend and sends you a brief acknowledgement. We use those providers only to operate the enquiry process.
How long we keep enquiries
Contact-form entries are automatically deleted from the form database after 180 days. If you become a client, we may keep the information needed for the active engagement in its project records for as long as reasonably necessary.
Analytics and advertising measurement
The site supports Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics when configured in the deployment environment. Google Consent Mode defaults advertising and analytics storage to denied until a future consent banner or equivalent consent update is added. We do not use analytics data to identify individual visitors.
We do not sell personal information
Fairlight Digital does not sell personal information. If you want to ask what information we hold about you, request a correction, or ask us to delete your enquiry details, use the contact form and write "Privacy request" in the "What would you like to improve?" field so it is handled correctly.
Third-party links
This website links to services such as LinkedIn, Google, Zapier, Make, Airtable, and other external resources. Those services have their own privacy policies.
